Communication and the Science of Great Team Building

What we usually consider to be elusive group dynamics that characterize high-performing teams – such as energy, creativity, and shared commitment – are actually observable, quantifiable, and measurable qualities. And as such, teams can be taught how to strengthen them. Following research from MIT Sloan School of Management, in this course, you’ll learn the defining communication characteristics of successful teams and 3 critical aspects of communication that affect team performance. you’ll also learn how to analyze your team and apply the findings to create a team that communicates and performs better.
